By accessing the Redraw site, you agree to these terms of service, as well as to all applicable laws and regulations. Redraw reserves the right to change these terms at any time, without notice. You are responsible for regularly checking for updates to the terms of service. Redraw also reserves the right to make changes to the services and functionalities offered, without prior notice. This includes, but is not limited to:

1. Changes in the number of images generated;
2. Changes in the price of the plans;
3. Adding or removing functionality;
4. Note that image generation time may experience queues or instability when the volume of traffic on the server is overwhelmed.

Redraw is a site that uses artificial intelligence to generate images based on the themes and terms chosen by users. It is important to remember that the final result is the sole responsibility of the user, who has total freedom to define the content generated, without any type of filter or restriction. Thus, we are not responsible for any results that may be considered offensive, discriminatory, illegal, or contrary to Redraw policies. We repudiate any content that promotes violence, discrimination, hate, prejudice, pornography, or any form of exploitation or abuse. Redraw reserves the right to use the images that users add to the platform for educational purposes, study, marketing and for presentation in tutorial videos or examples on their social networks. In this way, the user contributes to the improvement of the platform and the learning of other users. Regarding the Redraw subscription, it includes the monthly recurrence, where the user can cancel the renewal of the subscription at any time. The plan chosen by the user determines the amount of images available for use during the current month. It should be noted that the images do not accumulate from one month to the next. If the user cancels the subscription renewal, regardless of whether they have remaining images, they will lose the right to use the software after the end of a month of subscription. By using Redraw, the user declares to be aware of and agree to these conditions, undertaking to respect the applicable laws and regulations, as well as the rights of third parties. In the event of non-compliance, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download a copy of the materials (information or software) on the Redraw site, for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you cannot:

1. Modify or copy the codes;
2. Use the license for any commercial purpose or for public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Redraw site;
4. Remove any copyrights or other proprietary notations from the materials;
5. Transfer the license to someone else or 'mirror' the materials on any other server.

This license will automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Redraw at any time. Redraw users hold the copyright over the images and all content generated through this platform. If they wish to register these rights, they are fully authorized to do so.

Disclaimer

The materials on the Redraw website are provided 'as is'. Redraw makes no warranties, express or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. In addition, Redraw does not guarantee or make any representations regarding the accuracy, probable results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its site or otherwise relating to those materials or on sites linked to this site.

Limitations

In no event will Redraw or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Redraw, even if Redraw or a Redraw authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

Accuracy of Materials

The materials displayed on the Redraw website may include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Redraw does not guarantee that any material on its site is accurate, complete, or current. Redraw may make changes to the materials contained on its site at any time, without notice. However, Redraw makes no commitment to update the materials.

Links

Redraw has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its site and is not responsible for the content of any linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Redraw of the site. Use of any linked site is at the user's own risk.

Refund and Warranty

Redraw guarantees that the user will receive access to the software without complications, and the company will provide all the necessary support so that the user can use the contracted plan. By subscribing to Redraw, the user accepts that they can only request a refund within 7 days, protected by Article 49 of the Consumer Protection Code, provided that they have not generated more than 15 images. Each image generated has a cost on the Redraw servers. If the user requests a refund after having generated more than 15 images, they will be liable for misuse of Redraw. The cancellation of the renewal of the user's subscription must be done directly with the platform responsible for managing the subscriptions. Redraw does not store user billing data, outsourcing this service to ensure better security as a whole. It should be noted that the right to a refund only applies for the period of 7 days after the initial subscription. This warranty does not extend to subsequent renewals of the user's subscription. If the user wishes to cancel the subscription renewal, they must do so before the renewal deadline. Once the renewal has been completed, it will not be possible to request a refund of subscription renewals.

Issuance of Invoices

Redraw is solely responsible for the issuance of invoices related to the services provided through the Platform. Any payment made by users will be documented and formalized exclusively by Redraw, ensuring compliance with applicable tax laws. Invoices issued by Redraw do not include the buyer's address, as this information is not requested during the purchase process. Invoices are automatically issued 7 days after the purchase and are sent to the email registered by the user. In exceptional cases, technical or bureaucratic problems may cause delays in the issuance of invoices. If this occurs, users can contact Redraw support for information and assistance regarding the status of the issues. The notes are issued from the registered CPF or CNPJ at the time of purchase. The amendment must be requested by Hotmart. Redraw does not have the legal and fiscal power to change the CNPJ for the issuance of the note, this right is exceptionally the customer's.

From Redraw's Intellectual Property

Redraw AI Solutions LTDA, registered with the CNPJ under number 51.213.060/0001-23, is solely responsible for maintaining and updating the Artificial Intelligence platform (“Platform”). All intellectual property rights related to the Platform, including, but not limited to, software, design, logos, brands, content, and any other copyrighted creations, are the exclusive property of Redraw. The use of the Platform by users does not grant any intellectual property right over the content and functionality provided by Redraw.

Modifications

Redraw may revise these site terms of service at any time without notice. By using this site, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms of service.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Redraw and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
